There are two reasons as follow:
1. The speed of the reflector is too shallow, so that the LED chip can be seen directly by the eyes.
2. The precision of the reflective cup abrasive is not high enough, and the electroplating layer is not smooth enough. The reflective cup causes the light source to not reflect according to the designed circuit, and some light sources will be emitted randomly and naturally enter the human eye, causing glare.
There are two effective solutions as follow:
1: The LED light source is hidden deep (far away from the panel), and the lamp port is designed to be less reflective (white, silver, gold) and non-reflective (black). The material of the secondary reflective layer will be The required light is reflected according to the design route, and the unnecessary afterglow is less reflected. The non-reflective material layer absorbs or the secondary reflective layer changes the direction of the afterglow so that the afterglow is not in the human line of sight (as shown in Figure 1).
2: Black anti-glare honeycomb mesh, by adding a three-dimensional honeycomb mesh in front of the reflector (lens), it is equivalent to dividing the non-reflective material layer into several small areas. The peripheral light goes to the side of the black honeycomb mesh to reduce the random reflection of the peripheral light (as shown in Figure 2).
